Built for enterprise review

Your data, your logins

Postcard reads GA4 and ad accounts with credentials you grant and can revoke. Nothing brokered, nothing resold.

No location surveillance

No phone-location panels. Ground truth is lodging-tax receipts and your own analytics.

SSO / SAML

Enterprise plans ship with single sign-on and role-based access for staff, board and agency partners.

Export everything

API and scheduled warehouse export — every metric lands in your BI stack, not trapped in ours.

Procurement-ready

DPA on request, security questionnaire support, invoicing that fits municipal budget cycles.

Questions boards actually ask

Why is this so much cheaper than Zartico or Datafy?

Because the expensive part of those platforms is buying and reselling modeled location data. Postcard reads sources you already own — your analytics, your ad accounts, public tax records — so the cost is software, not data brokerage. The price is flat, published, and does not balloon with a bundled media budget.

Does Postcard take a cut of bookings?

Never. Stay hands guests directly to your members’ own booking engines. The member keeps the guest relationship and 100% of the revenue; your subscription is the only thing Postcard earns.

We already have an agency. Does this replace them?

No — it referees them. Postcard is independent of media placement, so it can grade any agency’s work honestly. Several DMOs use it precisely to hold incumbent vendors accountable.

How long does onboarding take?

Ledger reads your first verified numbers within days of GA4 and ad-account access. Stay goes live per lodging member as each booking-engine handoff is wired — typically 2–4 weeks for a full membership. Beacon’s prompt corpus is customized in the first month.

Can we start small?

Yes. Most destinations start on Destination or Regional for one season, put the first board report on the table, and expand from there. Annual terms, no multi-year lock-in.

Put an auditable number in front of your board.

30 minutes. Your data, live — not a slide deck about someone else’s.
